Khách sạn Vila Maria , Sao Tome

"Good choice! Would recommend."

"We stayed at Emoyeni Gardens twice during our trip to São Tomé, before and after visiting Príncipe. During our first stay, we initially had a smaller room with a balcony, but because of a technical problem we were moved to a suite. The suite was really spacious and comfortable, and we liked it so much that we upgraded our second reservation to a suite as well. Breakfast is fairly simple but was fine for us: bread and buns, ham, cheese, yogurt, muesli, cake, coffee and tea. There were no eggs...

"I arrived early in the evening and all the lights were off. Door was locked. No reception. My kind taxi driver called the hotel and after 5 minutes a young man appeared. He didn't speak any English at all. He was kind and took me to my room. He was about to leave me to myself, when I asked if I shouldn't officially check-in or sign something. He then took me to his boss who was in another room. He didn't speak English either but he spoke some French. He was also kind and helpful and helped me...

"Hotel was good. Walking distance from everything in the city. The staff is helpful. The Wi-Fi is OK but for the money and cleanliness this is the best option in the city."

"Clean and beautiful grounds, but the customer service is lacking!"

"Prijs, ligging, comfort; erg goed.
