"Good location. However check in was not good. We asked many times (via Whatsapp) to make sure the 3PM was OK. We spent an hour in a hot lobby trying to contact property management - calling and Whatsapp. At 4PM the cleaner was still not there. We finally had to beg to use the restroom. Cleaner did not complete until after 5PM."

"There was no toilet paper, garbage bags, or any cleaning or dish soaps. We informed property manager - no action taken. Satellite TV reception was poor to non-existent. Good Location. "
