"Everything about my stay was excellent. The hotel staff were so helpful and went out of their way to find a member of staff who spoke English to help me.
The apartment I rented in the hotel was super. Very clean. Quiet location on 24th Floor. And the apartment management company were great. They answered my every request within 10 minutes.
The price I paid to be in the heart of this expensive part of São Paulo was more than reasonable
I am returning to Brazil in a few months and will stay here...

"There was no toilet paper, garbage bags, or any cleaning or dish soaps. We informed property manager - no action taken. Satellite TV reception was poor to non-existent.
