"We checked in and immediately was appalled at the smell our room had. A combination of BO and whatever chemical/cleaning solution they used to try to mask it. The AC was not working properly and opening windows did not help (street view room). By 8pm on the check-in day we asked the person at the front desk to check out and for a refund. They called the manager and agreed to it, however we were told to cancel through orbitz as we booked through the third party. When we created a ticket to ask...

"Very nice and cozy place. All employees are so polite and heartwarming. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is huge and leaves no wishes open. Rooms are big and clean. They created a very nice athmosphere. We will definetly come back. "
