"We had a great time staying at the hotel. It has beautiful views and lovely staff, but except for one issue - on Expedia it says the hotel provides free airport shuttle bus but when we asked they say they don’t provide such services and asked us to order a uber which costed 40 Euros"

"La struttura molto moderna e bella. Comodissima alla metro. Noi non abbiamo mai fatto colazione in hotel 12 euro ci sembravano molto,anche se probabilmente la colazione li valeva. L!hotel offre comunque una macchinetta con alimenti salati e dolci ed un'altra per il caffè. A pochi passi dalla struttura è presente un supermercato molto fornito e con la possibilità di sedersi e fare colazione o altro. Unica pecca dell' hotel la doccia. L'acqua usciva dal pitto doccia e ogni volta c'era da...

"The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, Wonderful location and views are breathtakingly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is good but not awesome . Same with the dinner. Room service was a bit slow and the soup arrived ice cold. Other than those two negatives, I’d definitely stay here again."

"One thing that was disappointing was that there was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee or coffee pods. After a long flight from Mumbai, India with a missed/rebooked flight at Frankfurt arriving in Lisbon at nine pm, all I wanted was a coffee and bed. I called the receptionist and was told that I would have to purchase the coffee at that hour. The room fridge had no water, or coffee pods or even a pack of juice! Disappointing indeed!"

"The whole place is very nice. Breakfast was amazing and everything was easy to get to the people were so nice. Everybody was really nice. We did tours with them and they arrange everything for us. We love Paola the lady who helped clean the rooms. She was such a good person oh my God amazing. She deserve a lot of credit for our day. We loved it. She was on top of everything. The whole stuff was really nice from the hotel."
