Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Cannot fault anything really. Even when we struggled to find parking, the staff were kind enough to add the underground carpark to our key card!

Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi. This hotel was very nice for our stay. It was clean and very much like an apartment with a full kitchen. The staff was very kind and helpful, we also used the laundry for 5 euro a load which I found very reasonable. However, the location of this is not ideal for traveling.
