"This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!"

"We stayed for four nights at the Palazzo Sant Agostino, which is centrally located in the Capo market area. Like much of Palermo, it is a very characterful (shabby-chic) building. Our first night was in Room 7 which is downstairs in the garden area - which was a bit dark and got quite noisy in the morning (as it is underneath where breakfast is served). However the staff kindly moved us to Room 3 on the first floor which was more comfortable. The staff were super helpful overall, providing...

"Perfect location! Heart of 3 outdoor markets, churches, & food! Very quiet lift to get you & your luggage to 5th floor is bonus!! Maria meet us upon arrival, Giovanna made us breakfast & Paolo was there to greet us in the mornings. Very helpful with great suggestions. Apt was very clean & well kept! Highly recommend for a night or longer. Perfect day trip outside city location too close to train & bus. We will be back! "

"We went with this hotel for the location, the king bed, the walk in shower, and the roominess. It did well with all of those. One thing we didn't pay attention to was that the hotel has no elevator. We ere in room 402 (which is a great room), but the last part of the steps were not regular sized steps. If you are short you will be hurting to get up them they are over sized steps. My wife and I are in our mid sixties and in good shape so it wasn't an issue, but if you are carrying a little...

"Good apartment in a gentrifying area near Ballard Market and a short walk to Centrale, Via Maqueds, Palazzo Reale, Cathedral etc. Nice people, the helpful receptionist is fluent in English, the breakfast young woman, who also kept the apartment spotless, is lovely. Use the train direct to Palazzo Orleans Reale station 10 minutes walk from the apartment as it’s faster and much cheaper than a taxi on the clogged roads."

"Super zentrale Lage, 100 vom Dom entfernt. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles sauber und ok. Leichtes Frühstück mit Kaffee unddTee, dazu gab es Croissants, Müsli, Kuchen und Joghurt. DievKontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter bei der Anreise war etwas holprig, da brauchte man etwas Geduld. Sonst aber alles gut organisiert."
