Also, cleaning staff didn’t replace water in room. We had the room with a hot tub, the water was warm at best. Not a “hot” tub. "We stayed at Hotel Villa Jantò for five days in October. The views are breathtaking, the rooftop and outdoor pool areas are lovely, and there was a small, heated indoor pool. The free hotel shuttle to nearby towns and the beach is convenient, since the hotel sits atop a steep hill and taxis are surprisingly expensive. The room, however, was a letdown. It felt painfully plain, with white walls and nearly zero decoration—odd for a hotel that otherwise tries to look somewhat bohemian and stylish....

"We loved staying here for our family vacation. We traveled all throughout Naples, Rome and Amalfi areas. We especially loved how close it was to the train, the local taxi driver Giulio, and that there was free breakfast and air conditioning. This place is nice neat and simple and gives you all that you need. Saves money staying here vs staying closer to Amalfi. We loved being in between Rome and the coast. We were super close to Pompeii also. Great location"

"All of the staff were incredibly accommodating we had to push our trip back one day and despite the policy they even gave us a refund for that night. At the breakfast buffet all the staff made sure that we had the food that we wanted, as well as as many coffees as we wanted overall great place to stay."

"Swiss airlines lost out luggage so we stay here for one night since it’s really close to NAP airport. Once we mentioned about our luggage’s the front desk offered free toothbrushes and toothpaste, which we truly appreciated =) The pizza over dinner and breakfast selection were amazing! "We selected Samiramis as a bit of a splurge to recover from the marathon travel day from San Francisco. The staff were very helpful with arranging the airport transfer and early check in. The property was beautiful, with 4 thermal pools and wonderful views. We had thought we might have a day at Poseidon just down the road, but we enjoyed Samiramis so much, what was the point? The room had very nice amenities including a smart TV, a toiletry kit, mini fridge and free water bottles. We had massive windows that overlooked the main road which yes of course was noisy but that's to be expected at an hotel right next to an airport. Everything we needed was within walking distance and if we wanted to venture further a taxi rank was just around the corner.
