The team was incredibly prompt with delivering towels, water, and anything else I needed. I truly appreciated the hospitality and loved my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. "exceptional hotel, from the nice customer service to the food,(breakfast included was phenomenal, so many options and fresh). It is also well located. There arw grocery shops, including an Aldi, and a 6 min walk to milano centralie station, among other train stations. Getting to main attractions via train was easy and fast. Absolutely loved my stay. "

"Great amenities, a little out of the way from central Florence but if you research a bit you will know this. Amenities and stay wise… zero complaints! TV situation (which I’m seeing is a thing) wasn’t the greatest only because you will need an hmdi to watch anything other than local tv, but still doesn’t take away from the stay. One word… Perfecto!"

"What a great hotel! Perfect location for the san siro stadium, literally outside! Plus very close to the metro for easy commute into Milan centre. Very friendly staff, very clean throughout, room was perfect. Small but had clean beds, safe, tv, hanging space and bathroom with decent shower. Beds were a little hard for me but personal choice. Would’ve like coffee making facility in the room but it’s a 3 star so can’t complain! Vending machine with snacks and drinks in foyer. Breakfast was in...

"Hotel located about 20 minutes from city center by bus or tram, excellent connections and frequencies. Staff is the best, super friendly, attentive and helpfull. The rooms are very, very spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast, loads of choice. All fresh with a large variety of fresh good quality produce. "
