"The apartment was nice and clean. Check in was a bit complicated requiring a coordination with Pina. She was nice and helpful. Parking was also complicated having to park in a pay zone and on certain days one could not park on a certain side of the street. The biggest issue we had was with a neighbor from an adjoining unit (still not certain which one) that had a couple literally screaming at each other at all hours of the night. "Extremely Disappointing Stay in Apartment No. 7 I stayed for three nights in Apartment No. 7 and, unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The property had a pervasive sewer odor throughout the apartment, making it extremely unpleasant to stay in. Cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards. "This is a great hotel in many ways: staff, breakfast nice room, comfortable, view... but there are two notable problems. First, despite the Expedia website saying this hotel has "free offsite parking", it does not. Staff very kindly recommended parking, but it isn't free. Second, the neighborhood of this hotel is plagued by a gang of roaming youth who throw fireworks, some of which are very loud. No one in the area seems able to contain this problem and it is very disturbing."
