"We are a family of 5 (3 kids). We got a very nice room with a wonderful balcony, in which we were happy to sit and eat (all 5 of us). Cristiano (the owner) is a super host - he was so helpful in giving us any information we needed, especially about celiac (they have celiac in the family so he was happy to share his useful knowledge). "The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

"It’s just like an apartment, there is nothing like hotel or hostel in it. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and all the gates were closed even the outer main gate after 10 pm. They give me a bunch of keys containing my room key, apartment main door key and main gate code. When I came to hotel at 11 pm and start opening all these doors it took long time as some of the keys were old and don’t work properly. There is no bus nearby and each time I took taxi for Riva Del Garda which cost 10...
