"We were staying for 4 nights. $515.00. First 2 days clean room. 2nd 2 days not cleaned. I had asked for soap and didn't get it. When I asked why at the end of the stay the gal on duty just blew it off and said we should have asked anyone or if we wanted our room cleaned more we should have asked for that at the beginning of the stay, they only clean every other day. "The room was so cute, we stayed in Rome and it was cozy and clean. They have good food and drinks amenities in the room and nice lighting. They were very helpful and quick to respond to messages!"
