We do like this hotel, we make the drive twice a year and have made this one of trip stops for sure! The staff is friendly and mostly helpful, I know it’s not their fault but we travel with two service dogs. On the website it clearly states service animals are exempt from pet fees, however each time we get charged the pet fee. I understand I really do, but either make changes to the website or make sure your staff is aware of the service animals. Thanks

It's great that pets are accepted, however, these rooms are two flights of stairs down from the lobby with no elevator. Desk staff were reluctant to offer any solutions until I pressed them. Disappointing stay, overall.

Holes in worn towels, missing toilet paper for one night, too long corridors to reach the bedroom, bottom of swimming pool damaged, etc This hotel need to be rebuild new. No buffet for breakfast, simple cooking The reception even save money on recycled paper sheets which are already printed back side when they print your invoice. It’s advantage is to be close to airport and have free shuttle.

The entrance to the parking lot, is damaged, the staris to the entrace are broken in some parts, the property need maintenance, part of the roof is damage, the hotel is not bad in service but the building does requiere considerable imprivement. Also the chicken in my clunb sandwich tasted burn, wasnt but had the taste, i don't know if the grill had charred remains stuck to it but would recomend a clean up on that part. anything else excelent service the room nice size, clean, really comfy.

Room needs to be fixed

Its the second time that we have stayed in this hotel. Sadly this time and with this room we had a super bad experience. First when you enter the lobby in the night. There are many flying cockroaches or something similar. I know around the hotel is nature, but not every guest likes to be greeted from those bugs. Check-In was fast, friendly and good. Our room was not so clean, especially in the bathroom. And the main problem was water leaking from the ceiling when the air condition was on. Without air condition it was way too hot and humid in the room, so we had to run it. Sadly the water dripped all night long from different gaps in the ceiling. We put towels on the floor, but the sound was so annoying. You can see on the picture the old water marks. So this problem exists for a long time. They should not rent this room, when it has this issue. Then around 3am. A group of very drunk guests entered the corridor and banged on different rooms and yelled. I think the staff should tell them to be quiet. All in all we got zero rest, after driving 850 kilometers. Next time i will book another hotel. Because i pay to rest.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. The first room we were given was facing the highway, and was too loud. I asked to be moved, and the staff kindly helped. The problem is that we were moved to a room that smelled like sewage. The room itself seemed clean, but the air smelled terrible. We kept hoping it would resolve, but it didn't. Because they are doing significant renovations, the problem was likely linked to that. The hotel has potential, but I probably would wait until renovations are completed to stay again.
