"The property is conveniently located, close to the Duomo, Metro, streets with shops and there are good restaurants nearby. The check-in process, room itself, laundry, air-conditioning and other amenities are good. Accessing the front door was an issue as the getting the key and using it in the door can take some time - it is temperamental and needs fixing. Otherwise a good place to stay."

"We had to left the apartment 20 minutes after arrival. There was an infestetation of croackarages and bed bugs. The bed sheets and the curtains were stain with blood spots and dirty. They offered us a new apartment and we checked it but it was worse.

"Great find. Brilliant location and quite close to walk to Navigli area. Room could have done with more storage. The heated towel rail I think was broken as we could not get it to switch on. Decent shower. Staff were so nice and always tried to be helpful. The area felt safe and easy to get in and out. Lots of shops, coffee shops etc. There was a lot of noise unfortunately and the walls were pretty thin so a few times we got woken up very early by other guests talking to staff loudly at the crack...
