"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. "I love this hotel, we visit every year. It is very relaxing, the pools are great and the indoor thermal pool is amazing. Spa service is very good also.
