Das Hotel ist etwas (aber wirklich "nur etwas") in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch hat es viel Charme. Wir haben ein Standardzimmer gebucht. Es war schätzungsweise ca. 40-50m2 groß! Wir reisen relativ häufig. Allerdings haben wir ein Zimmer in dieser Größe noch nie zuvor gehabt. Das Bad war genauso großzügig angelegt. Aus dem Zimmer hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf den See. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis würde ich als hervorragend bezeichnen. Was verbesserungsbedürftig ist: Die Kennzeichnung der Hoteleinfahrt wenn man aus Richtung Villarrica kommt. Unsere GPS-Navigation hat es verpasst und wir haben es nach einer Wende gefunden (kommend aus Richtung Pucon). Was unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt hat: Bauarbeiten. Das Hoteldach wurde erneuet. Das führte zu Baulärm von 10:00-18:00. Letzteres dürfte aber nicht die Regel sein und floss daher nicht in die Wertung ein.

It’s falling apart Service is not good Meals are deficient in quality and taste Spa only has ONE sauna working, the steam room was inoperative I was not even offered a room upgrade when checking in, despite being Expedia Gold member Breakfast only has cold items, if you want omelettes or fried eggs, you’ll have to pay an extra USD4 (unbelievable) Avoid at all costs

The view is the best part. From every window there is a stunning view of the beautiful lake. The rooms are neglected and worn down...stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, linens that smell bad. The pillows smelled like dirty hair from previous people who had used them. The bed needs to be replaced..it sags on the edges and the middle. I had stuffed the pillows in the closet to get rid of the odor..and when the housekeeper stopped by in the afternoon I told her and showed her the pillows and she brought me 2 clean ones. The housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful. When I made the reaervation I had asked for 2 double beds but they gave me one bed. Then, I called to order room service at 10pm and nobody answered..I called twice and it just rang and rang. I had to eat stale potato chips from the mini bar in the room..$3.50 and I went to sleep hungry. They are also doing major construction at the hotel..there is noise and workers and equipment by the pool area and other common areas. It was not a relaxing stay.

No tienen Vip Acces, no hacen diferencia como en otros hoteles, no ofrecen upgrade, ni trato VIP, me dieron 2 habitaciones en pisos diferentes. Me cancelaron la Hora que tome para el Hot Tub. lo demás es lo esperado para un hotel de esta categoría, buena piscina temperada y un desayuno con jugo y fruta natural, entre otras cosas ricas. Buen nivel el restaurant muy bueno y especial todo lo que pedimos.

Mala administración de ENJOY. Deterior progresivo

Desde la recepción en adelante la impresion es deficiente; no hay personal entrenado ni de buen trato. Las instalaciones son antiguas, se han deteriorado y no muestran mantención; calidad del desayuno muy mala, o peor si se considera que el hotel se clasifica 5 estrellas, bollería prefabricada y de mala calidad. Escaso personal en comedor; nadie se preocupa de reponer los alimentos y todo hay que pedirlo y esperarlo; se privilegia eventos externos sin consideración a pasajeros del hotel; spa deteriorado, servicios que no funcionan. En general, deterioro progresivo, cada vez peor desde que lo administra ENJOY. Relación precio/calidad deficiente. Sólo se mantiene por falta de competencia de buen nivel.

La habitación que decía tener vista al lago, tenía tapada la vista con árboles, tuvimos que pagar por cambio de habitación para tener vista. Luego el día sábado no pudimos utilizar cómodamente el sector de la piscina ya que había organizado un matrimonio por lo que el sector del pasto para tomar sol no estaba disponible eso sumado a la imvodidad de estar en traje de baño a metros de un matrimonio con gente en tenida formal.

Hotel distante 10 minutos do centro de Pucon, mas localizado em frente ao lago. Vista incrível. O bar da piscina em frente ao lago infelizmente estava inoperante. Dá a impressão que o hotel não está funcionando a plena carga. Quarto grande e muito bom. Serviço é bom mas não diria excepcional.

Overall the rooms are nice, the location and the amenities are great. There are couple of things, that I did not liked during my stay. First, I was not able to get towels at the pool, I did asked 6 times during 3 days and only one time I was lucky to get a clean towel. Secondly, we had a bad experience at the lounge bar, after 25 minutes no one went to take our order, I had to order directly to the bartender. Then another 20 minutes for a couple of Mojitos and another 15 minutes for a salad and a chicken plate. The breakfast is fine and included with the stay.

vacaciones familiares. excelente hotel, sólo el entorno es un poco inhóspito (pésimo camino Villarrica-Pucón, sin berma, sin ciclovía) lo que no es culpa del hotel, pero la zona entera se beneficiaría con una mejora a la vía.
