"We spent seven full nights at Portofino and it was truly serene. Three things stood out: 1) The staff. Our servers E and A were truly amazing. Sometimes there was a language barrier, but it was more entertaining than a negative. As a US resident visiting a foreign country I don't expect our hosts to automatically speak english and it was actually more authentic to wade through some back and forth. And it wasn't a distraction at all we enjoyed the conversation. They were always checking on...
