"The Hyatt Regency in Puerto Rico is an amazing property. The beach was actually very nice apart from the seagrass, as they had a sandbar to block out riptides. Food options were good, activities were nice including little soccer goals and some other recreational items. The staff was also very helpful in any problems we had. All in all an amazing property. But beware of things, that room service is overpriced, as well as the resort shop. But it overall was a good place"

"Didnt like having to leave a $100 deposit for damages if any were found and being told that it would be refund to my card if no damages found but that this refund would not show in my bank statement. How is that???
To my knowledge if it is refund it should be showing in my bank statement, yes or no??? My stay was from 4pm to 2am was charged $242.34 plus $100 that I would like to see in my statement. Thank you."

"We truly enjoyed staying at Bali Posh Hotel. The staff was AMAZING - every single one of them. The location was perfect for us; the beach, restaurants, and shops were all within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful and aesthetic, and the dresser provided plenty of space for all of our belongings. The pool was great as well, although it does get pretty packed at times. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book here again anytime! TY for this wonderful stay on our trip...

"BEWARE THAT THERE ARE HIDDEN FEES AT THIS HOTEL! When I arrived to check in, I was immediately charged an extra per-night fee for that had apparently been noted deep in the fine print on the Expedia page. I felt tricked that the price was different than what appeared, but what could I do at that point when I just arrived? That was really frustrating.
Besides that, the hotel itself and staff were great. I hate that this nice place was spoiled by tricking me out of a chunk of my travel budget."

"Hay parking cerca, el sector es seguro, quién nos atendió fue muy amable e hizo las cosas fáciles para nosotras. La habitación estaba muy linda. Solo había una toalla un poco rota pero enseguida el staff se ofreció a cambiarla.
Me hubiera gustado tener acceso a café y té como decía en las amenities pero el lobby quedaba en otro hotel a dos cuadras aprox y el café del restaurante habría desde las 8am.
En realidad todo muy bien"

"I checked in a day late due to wanting an extra day at our bnb. I attempted to call the hotel several times to inform them of this to no avail. It would just ring then hang up i did this several times from morning into the night at which time I reached out to Expedia who was able to assist me in getting ahold of them via email. Once I was able to talk to them it was great they assured they would hold my reservation. No refund was offered which I didn't expect but I thought moving my reservation...

"The view was nice, room looked nice and clean however, there wasn’t enough counter space. Also, the A/C didn’t put out enough air and didn’t cool the room very well. The one thing that we didn’t appreciate was when there was no transparency when we ordered drinks on the beach in regards to being upfront about the expensive service charge. An average 12 ounce beer and a 12 ounce pina colada…$34 plus a tip, $40 total. Probably won’t stay at this place again."
