Fabulous & relaxing stay for us at Su Giganti

This is a very beautiful small hotel located only minutes from a lovely beach (walk) and multiple eateries (both walk + short drive). The pool and grounds are spotless and full of bird and insect life, including songbirds and butterflies endemic to Sardinia & Corsica.

What a beautiful hotel. The gardens were stunning. Staff exceptional. Restaurant really good quality. Bus stop across the road. Walk to beach quick and beach Beautiful.

What a little gem of a find. We hired a car from the airport, and drove to the hotel. Both the hotel and restaurant are brilliant. A short taxi journey into town is a must and it’s extremely peaceful at the hotel. The hotel also has two extremely helpful workers on the front desk. Both were of great help.

Overall a good experience. Rooms very clean and neat and cleaned daily. Let down by having no iron and ironing board available in the whole hotel let alone the room. Also the hairdryer provided was not powerful enough. Quiet surroundings and nice small pool although it was out of action for the first half of our stay. Enjoyed our stay but hotel was fine, not amazing.

The good: the front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were great, helpful and friendly. Nice grounds, nice pool, patio from the room was nice. The beach area was also very good and not far. The restaurant was excellent. Parking was easy. The less than good: The room was very dated and not decorated. The bathroom toilet seat broke. The sink was damaged and patched with silicon! The breakfast was not good and when they ran out of food, you were out of luck. The breakfast staff were not friendly. It seemed like they did not want to be there with their attitude.

Fantastic location, lovely pool and gardens, good restaurants and beach service. Receptionists were super attentive and offered lots of recommendations which we appreciated. The only downsides were the breakfast which is included in the price but very very simple and a bit disappointing, and secondly, a 10am checkout. We were offered flexibility with the timing and also given access to a separate shower and bathroom so that we could use the pool for a few hours after checkout which was really kind. Hotel restaurant had a good range of food and lots of tasty options. Would stay again!!

Genuinely cheerful smiling well trained team

Travelling without a car , we could not have found a better location - beside both a stop for bus from Cagliari and the local Beach shuttle into and around Villasimius. Campus beach - with hotels excellent sun beds - is a gem. Breakfast staff calmly efficient and welcoming - just like Reception Team. Pool area maintained to superior level . Restaurant on site is good and pizza top class. Surprisingly little noise from nearby road.

Mycket trevlig personal och bra boende med närhet till en fantastisk strand. Charmig byggnad och rent och städat men minus på utbud av hygienprodukter då det bara fanns en tvåldispenser i duschen. Ok frukostutbud och hyfsat bra lunchrestaurang men har tyvärr bara öppet vissa dagar och finns i princip inga andra lunchrestauranger öppna i närheten mot slutet av säsongen (oktober). Ligger lite avsides mot centrum av Villasimius om man inte har bil. Vi lyckades dock ta oss runt med en sommarbuss som går mellan hotellet och centrum en gång i timmen fram tills kl 20. Går även en direktbuss till Cagliari från busstationen precis utanför hotellet ca 5 gånger om dagen.

Super liebes Personal. Gute Anlage, sehr gepflegt mit schönem Pool und schönen Zimmern. Bar auch sehr gut und mit günstigen Preisen. Einziger Nachteil: Das Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch. Kaffee aus dem Automaten schmeckt nicht so toll. Rührei und Croissants wurden ab 9:15 nicht mehr nachgefüllt obwohl das Frühstück bis 10 ging. Das heißt spätaufsteher gehen echt leer aus. Käse und Wurst nicht appetitlich im Schrank. Alles sehr mager. Wir haben ab dem 3 Tag drauf verzichtet. Der Rest des Hotel alles super.

Un ottimo soggiorno

Hotel piccolo e curato, camere confortevoli e pulite, giardino in perfette condizioni con piscina (non provata); Posizione comoda per la spiaggia (ca 200/250 metri), attrezzata e riservata. Una sera provato il ristorante, di buona qualità, con menu vario. Prima colazione un pò monotona, ma comunque sufficiente. Personale al ricevimento molto cortese ed efficiente. Il paese non è molto distante, ma è comunque necessaria l’auto. In 15/30 minuti di auto si raggiungono anche altre spiagge molto belle.

Excellent experience ! Thank you very much, we really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. Absolutelly every aspect of our stay was perfect: a private and accomodated beach was included in our stay, the breakfast was great and fresh, the staff was very kind and professional, the room was cleaned every day ... and of course the restaurant is amazingly tasty. We really recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Cagliari innerhalb einer Stunde erreichbar. Wie waren drei Stunden vor der Check-In Zeit dort, konnten aber nach kurzer Wartezeit schon unser Zimmer beziehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist gross uns es hat eine Minibar. Der Fernseher im Zimmer ist jedoch sehr klein und die Auswahl an Sendern ist sehr beschränkt. Zudem war das Wlan im Zimmer sehr schwach, so dass man sich immer wieder neu verbinden musste. Die Wiedergabe von Dateien war so ebenfalls erschwert. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. 5 Minuten vom Hotel befindet sich ein schöner und grosser Strand, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sind für Hotelgäste reserviert und kostenlos. Das Frühstück war ok. Das Restaurant vom Hotel ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Hotel liegt in der nähe von Villasimius.

Hotel Ótimo!

Hotel muito bom, ótima limpeza e localização. Ficamos 4 noites, para hóspedes que ficam por este período ou mais o café da manhã poderia ser mais diversificado, eram sempre as mesmas opções. Do mais, nada a reclamar!

Everything was perfect. Room, stuff, pool. The only thing we didn’t like was breakfast. Only warm dish was scrambled eggs an it was sooo over-salted. We tried twice, but it was the same. The hotel restaurant was another level. Absolutely amazing! We had spaghetti alle vongole and filetto di manzo and it was the best steak we ever had. Literally. We had it twice. Beach is with sunbeds which is perfect, but no bar or restaurant. Beware of parking in Villasimius at friday and saturday night. Hard to find and cars are parking wherever, but next day you’ll meet all the drivers at the postoffice paying penalty. We paid 60€. This is the information should be told at the hotel reception. That would be nice.
