Muy caro para pésimo servicio

Mal, nunca tuve agua caliente supuestamente porque el hotel estaba lleno. Me entregaron cajas de jabón para baño sin jabón. Las manijas de la ducha no están. El servicio del desayuno es muy regular se pidieron huevos pericos y los dieron con solo cebolla. Entre otros no vuelvo....

Bastante Bien

Buen Hotel, ubicado en una zona céntrica de villavicencio, útil para llegar a cualquier lugar rápido. Desayuno muy bueno con comida de la región quizás el único punto negativo fue que habían ciertos huéspedes que fueron en plan de fiesta y teníamos que encontrarlos siempre en alto estado de alicoramiento. Afortunadamente el personal del hotel nos ubico en un piso alto lejos de estos personajes. Sin embargo no dejo de sentir pena por los compañeros de piso de éstos, seguramente no durmieron muy bien.

Soy miembro GOLDde Hotels.com El servicio y personal del Hotel es bueno pero veo que la administracion que tiene a cargo el hotel lo ha dejado decaer mucho. Las habitaciones y sus muebles estan en mal estado,los telefonos en algunas habitaciones estan para ser reemplazados ya q estan pelados en pesimo estado. Nosotros pasamos el año nuevo y el dia siguiente bajamos al restaurante(donde la comida es muy buena) pero con el Hotel lleno no entendemos pq no tiene mas persoonal para q los pedidos salgan rapido (aprox mas de 1 hora) para entregar una orden y en conclusion nos toco buscar otro restaurante. En fin yo creo q el Hotel puede mejorar cob una mina inversion en mejorar sus habitaciones y todo PERO con una buena administracion.

El hotel ya es muy viejo para darse el lujo de cobrar esos precios. Hay hoteles nuevos ubicados muy cerca por la mitad de precio
