"Hotel made arrangements to meet me at the arrival hall; they were late by 30 minutes and staff were unapologetic.
Manager refused to speak to me saying that he was not at the office.
....during breakfast food was not replenished and was not fresh as it looked like it had been sitting there for a few hours
Room needed a touch up as walls were stained and the balcony needed a good sweep and a thorough cleaning.
I'm not planning to stay at the hotel ever again. Shame , as it has got so much...

"Stayed in a very basic single room - there were others that were much better. My friend booked the room next to me and had a balcony etc. I was only staying a couple of nights en route so it was adequate for my needs and the price was great.
Very well located. Tunis is not huge but the hotel was within easy reach of the main areas and the airport (less than 10 minutes by taxi).
Breakfast was substantial."

"La chambre était propre et bien grande, même si durant le séjour le ménage n'a pa été fait. Le personnel était souriant et bienveillant. L'emplacement est un peu enfoui mais si on aime les vieux cartiers des villes anciennes, il a un charme particulier.
Le pris n'étant pas très élevé, il ne faut pas s'attendre à un hotel 3 our 4 étoiles, mais un bon rapport qualité prix dans l'ensemble."

"An enjoyable stay in this Ibis in Tunis. Bit of a scruffy area but walking distance to central Tunis & the Medina. I used the restaurant 3 times - dinner buffet, dinner menu item & breakfast - good quality & service. wifi was o.k. in room. Shower was a bit funny (water temperature variable). Hotel arranged taxis for me from and to the airport. Bill settlement was fine."
