"I usually don’t make reviews, but I must for this. The reviews and ratings on Expedia were generous at best. When we first arrived and entered our room, the bathroom was riddled with mold and stains, specifically near the shower and the toilet. The hotel staff were accommodating and provide us a new room, but that room also had the same issues. We ended up leaving, and booking a new hotel that same night because we just didn’t feel like the property was not well-maintained and cleanly."

And when we asked for new towels since they missed the cleaning day they told us we could not get any new ones until they were able to schedule a new cleaning day, which in this case would be 48 hours before our check-out.
