Nice stay, Top floor with nice river view. Breakfast excellent. Pool cold but pleasant although no chairs or umbrellas - not sure if it was actually open, but went for a dip anyway. Great location. TV selection was lousy - only about 5 of the 30 channels worked. Room clean and comfortable.

Great area

The hotel was great and we had east walking access to restaurants, shopping and beach. We were a little disappointed that the gym was extremely limited and the rooftop in the pictures is only open once per year according to the front desk. The people were very friendly.

Convenient to ocean boardwalk

It's an older hotel and the room was a little smaller than her sister property in Curico, but the room was clean & comfortable. Parking was safe and easy. The hotel overlooks the water channel, and is within 2 blocks of the oceanfront boardwalk. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff was very efficient and helpful.

Well maintained hotel. Very helpful staff. Good choices at breakfast. Located a short walk from the sea front and a wide choice of restaurants. Bus stop to Valparaiso close to front door. Buses every few minutes. Don't be put off by the way t the buses drive. They get through the traffic and the driivers are really helpful.

La gente muy amable solamente que pedimos que revisaran el aire acondicionado ya que solamente estaba sirviendo como un ventilador más que enfriar el cuarto, nos dijeron que ya lo habían solucionado pero llegamos al cuarto y el aire seguía sin enfriar, preguntamos y nos dijeron que era lo más que enfriaba, el problema es que nunca enfrió solo estaba echando aire como un abanico, realmente batallamos para dormir del calor de la habitación, el desayuno estuvo bien solamente que había mucha gente y nos mandaron a un área donde no había meseros y no había platos, se nos hizo deficiente siendo que ya nos hemos quedado en otros hoteles de la cadena y nunca habíamos pasado por algo similar.

Keskitason ihan ok huoneet. Ok aamiainen jossa mukavasti myös paikallisia elementtejä. Mutta; koko vierailu pilattu johdon järjettömillä säännöillä; nukkuminen onnistui vasta aamuyöstä kun avoin ikkuna oli laskenut lämpötilaa hiukan - ilmastointi tulee päälle vasta marraskuussa vaikka jo nyt täydelliset kesäkelit. Esittelyssä väitettiin että hotellissa on ilmastointi. Mukava uima-allas ja-alue mutta sitä ei saa käyttää (vaikka oli täysin käyttökunnossa ja päällä) ennen marraskuuta. Tästä ilmoitus vasra kun varaus tehty, esittelyssä oli uima-allas, siksi valitsin hotellin. Kuntosali ei huono mutta erittäin pieni. Sinne pääsee vain avaimella joka annetaan vain yhdelle asiakkaalle kerralla ja odotusaika jää usein pitkäksi kun edellinen käyttäjä ei viitsi palauttaa ennenkuin hänellä on muutakin asiaa vastaanottoon... Ihan hyvä keskitason hotelli joka pilattu tyhmyydellä
