Nice heritage property in a great location. Beds are uncomfortable and we got many bed bug bites. Andreas was excellent, he helped us plan our wine tours. This is not a quiet building, paper thin walls.

This is a nice heritage Hotel. It has an good location . Unfortunately the beds are not vet comfortable and we hot many bed bug bites. The staff are friendly especially Andreas. He helped us plan our winery tours.

NO RECOMIENDO, PÉSIMO SISTEMA DE ATENCIÓN

Infelizmente fue una mala experiencia, ya que no fue posible que los huéspedes llegarán al hotel en los días previstos y igual cobraron 1 día de estadía, sin tener utilizado los servicios de ellos. Cobraron $94.000.- mil pesos chilenos por una diaria siendo que nunca se ocupó las habitaciones.

Ingen information vid ankomst om internet , frokost mm. Personalen er ikke service innstilt , spesielt de manlige. Skal du kun overnatte ett par døgn ok men vid lengre oppehåll søk annet !

Beautiful vintage hotel

Reception people are kind and helpful. Hotel is old style and beautiful. A few noisy but confortable for the price.

Hotel histórico, con reciclado, pero sin ascencor.

Es un hotel del quichicientos. Conserva estilo antiguo, con agregados modernos, pero no tiene ascensor. No te asustes por la fachada.

Proche du port, facile d'accès en bus ou métro depuis la station des bus, établissement simple et propre. A proximité d'un centre commercial. Juste un peu bruyant vu son emplacement sur la Place Sotomayor

Un buen Hotel para estar bien.

Lo pasamos muy bien. Todo perfecto. Si el Hotel tuviera ascensor seria espectacular pero al realizarla reserva se sabia. Sirvió para hacer ejercicio.

Mala atención, salvo la recepcionista de la primer

No hay ascensor y nadie te lleva las maletas al tercer piso, escalera larga en un edificio de más de 100 años de construcción.

El personal de servicio disponía de la simpatía justa, a excepción de una muchacha. Uno de los recepcionistas lo único que hacía era jugar al pc, dejando de lado la atención a los clientes. El ambiente era demasiado ruidoso debido tanto a los otros huéspedes como al tráfico exterior. A lo que respecta al desayuno, este era bastante básico y limitado, aunque podías pedir más tostadas, eso si te las traían con una cara de mala ostia. Lo mejor sin duda era la ubicación del hotel, la cama y la tv.

Buen hotel pero podría ser mejor

En general bueno el hotel, un poco antiguo pero en relación precio, calidad está bien aunque hay cosas por mejorar como por ejemplo el estacionamiento si no sacas el auto a las 9 del otro día te cobran $1200 adicional por hora.

agradable experiencia porteña

personalmente bien. Perohay que conseguir mas aseo en las cercanias (plaza Echaurren ) que afean el paseo. El hotel es un buen aporte a Valparaiso y tambien se beneficiaria con un aseo exterior de su fachada, porque el interior esta muy pero muy bien

Buen trabajo de restauración

Muy interesante que hayan recuperado este espacio. Ojalá, en la fachada, sacaran los letreros luminosos de Farmacia Cruz Verde, que lo echa todo a perder.
