"Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên lễ tân không tốt, không có nổi 1 câu cảm ơn hay xin lỗi khi giao phòng không đúng với yêu cầu của khách hàng, không hướng dẫn cho khách hàng khi check in, khi khách check out cũng không có 1 câu cảm ơn. Trong phòng chưa chuẩn bị sẵn khăn tắm và khăn lau chân cho khách. Mùi sữa tắm và dầu gội đầu rất khó chịu"

"Stayed here for my wedding. Staff were gracious, kind and very responsive. Loved this place!"

"If owner can remodel the shower room, I would vote it 10/10 for everything! Room is spacious and great views. I love it."

"Our stay was mostly good. Bed was comfy, room had decent heating. Overall nice vibe. Breakfast is limited to 6:30-8:30 am. However, water in the bathroom was quite cold, maybe around 22°C for showering. Slightly run down shower. "

"For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

"The staff was kind and courteous and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. However its location was in the middle of nowhere and we were unable to see tourist attractions because of the distance."

"Very clean, friendly staff, great location. A nice stay before a long flight, there’s also a great spa nextdoor."
