"The first room they placed us in was horrible. The smoke detector was missing. There was no refrigerator in the room only the hole where it was suppose to go. Something was wrong with the television. We were not able to get any channel to come on. Not what a husband who had plans to relax and watch Monday night football. Called front desk, they moved us to the room next door. Both rooms were clean and the second room everything worked and wasn't missing. I would suggest you ask for a room that does not bordered Interstate 81. Lots of truck traffic noise. The breakfast area was very neat and organized. All food was wonderfully prepared. Staff kept a constant check on restocking food items. Staff at front desk was very apologetic about the situation with the first room and wished us safe travels home."

"This establishment was very clean and that is an important aspect to me. The hotel is in a great location and offers the ability to go to many different restaurants for a good meal. The breakfast was a good ending to a great stay. Staff was very polite and helpful. The only downfall was and it was not a bad one at all was some of the paint was peeling around the door and just needed a quick touch up. Very pleased and enjoyed my stay. Would stay again if I was traveling through the area"
