"The customer service is HORRIBLE. My experience was terrible. The property uses Expedia for marketing purposes, once they get clients on Expedia, calls them and asks them to cancel the booking since the property only takes direct clients only. So they allowed us in but at midnight, they came and forced us out . That was the worst experience ever "

"This "resort" apartments are big and new but needs an update and more furniture the living room had 2 beds instead of couches and no dinning table or chairs. The first night there was not hot water and we got moved to a different room which after we showered realized the AC did not work! back to the room again all of this took 3 hrs !!. The description says 2 restaurants, one is a pool bar which has few options (did not have ice cream in 3 days) and the other one is a restaurant with buffet...

"Arrived 2.30 pm had to wait two hours before the room was ready. Problem also checking out delayed another hour and charged extra for a mistake that wasn't mine and was a hotel.com error. No fridge in rooms and antiquated TV with very poor reception. Other than that staff were good but this hotel needs a good injection of money to upgrade the rooms Wouldn't go back to be honest. "
