Consiglio questo hotel per la posizione molto comoda a due passi dal centro, ma fuori dal caos dei momenti di festa. Ottima l'ospitalità, l'accoglienza e la pulizia. La colazione abbondante in contesto gradevole.

Un buon Hotel nel centro storico

Esperienza decisamente positiva, considerato che abbiamo dovuto cambiare il numero di persone e quindi tipologia di camere, ci hanno ospitato in tre camere nuove, molto grandi e con letti comodi. Buona e molto assortita la colazione, piatti ben curati per la cena. Praticamente nella parte storica del paese, due minuti a piedi dalla Torre Civica. Un buon riferimento per un soggiorno a Vipiteno !

Une nuit nous étions de passage avant de repartir sur l'Italie. Accueil agréable et personnel affable. Chambre bien agencée .juste un petit bémol pour le coin toilettes et douche pas très pratique .

Mødte frem til en tom reception

Jeg har allerede i min anmeldelse af check-in på hotellet ytret mig om den helt forfærdelige oplevelse vi havde ved check-in og overfusning jeg fik af receptionisten da vi checkede ud dagen efter, så det vil jeg undlade at gentage, men vi kommer aldig til at lægge penge der igen, selvom det er bekevmt på vej til Italien.

I would love to give Hotel Mondschein 5 out of 5 because most of their employees were friendly and easy to talk to. However, upon arrival I had one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had at a hotel. A senior (late 50's - early 60's) front desk manager "greeted" me with disrespect and haughtiness. Since I assume that he is the patriarch of the family-owned hotel, he probably cannot be educated nor reassigned which is too bad as he ruined my entire stay in Sterzing.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und hatten das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht, wir wurden höflich empfangen, Parplatz ist nur 50m vom Hotel entfernt. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.

Friendly hotel with perfect location

Very nice hotel in the Vipiteno centre with just a 100 meters to the pedestrian area where most of the shops and restaurants are located. Friendly staff, smooth check-in and check-out also worth to notice good English speaking people at the front desk, otherwise German is the most common language in the area despite located in Italy. Rooms nice, clean, nothing extra, nothing particularly missing. We got a very nice room with balcony and mountain view. Parking is included in room price and situated just outside the hotel entrance. Very convenient if you travel with heavy luggage. Breakfast buffet cover what you need, well tasting and several different choices. All in all a very pleasant stay in a very pleasant village. There is an ongoing rebuilding at part of the hotel, so be prepared to wake up early if you are sensitive for outside noice. Builders starts very early to work. I would definitely recommend the village and the hotel for a few days stay, independent on season.

Erg gezellig plaatsje!!!

Dit was een overnachtingshotel voor ons. Geen gebruik gemaakt van zwembad en sauna, dus geen idee hoe dat was. Kamer was netjes en ontbijt was goed. Voor avondeten zijn we het plaatsje zelf ingegaan en dat was geen straf, want iedere woensdagavond is er een markt door het hele centrum heen met overal livemuziek, waar we in het hotel geen last van hadden. Was super gezellig. Iemand maakte de vergelijking dat dit qua sfeer het Valkenburg van Italië is en dat klopt.

La posizione è molto buona, in cinque minuti si è in pieno centro, La camera è confortevole. C'è qualche piccola cosa rotta, ma niente di tragico, Nel complesso buono.

grazioso hotel a due passi dal centro storico di v

ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per hotel a due passi dal centro storico di Vipiteno. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera non facente parte del blocco principale dell'albergo che comunque è risultata essere spaziosa, ben arredata e molto pulita.Gli accessori bagno si limitano ad asciugacapelli, biancheria e sapone liquido. Unica pecca la mancanza di climatizzazione che in periodi caldi, almeno durante il giorno si fa sentire. Lo staff dell'albergo è sempre stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione a buffet varia ed abbondante, buona la cucina per la cena. Nel complesso soddisfatti.
