"I truly don't understand the high ratings I saw online when I booked this hotel. Other than the location, they were the main reasons for choosing it, especially since this hotel was priced significantly higher than others along the boardwalk. The hotel is dingy--lobby, pool, gym, and rooms. The room appeared clean at first, but when I spilled some soda on the floor and went to clean it up, I was horrified by how dirty the floor was. The breakfast was a joke. While the staff was very nice and accommodating, the food was terrible. The eggs were not real. They were either powdered or a liquid substitute and very rubbery. The sausages were microwaved links and patties that were also rubbery, and the pastry was stale. They would bring about 10 links and patties each out at a time to add to the buffet, and they were gone within seconds, with most people, including me, unable to get any unless they hovered over the food."

"I will NEVER stay here again. We booked for two nights and got there late the first day, we checked out the next morning and did not stay the second night. This is NOT a 3 star hotel as advertised. The parking if off property, only a half block away, but very sketchy area with homeless/strung-out people lingering . The ONLY thing good was the view, but you can’t cover the door so sunshine’s in bright and early."

"**Honest review** Our stay was okay... Family of 4. 2 adults, a preteen and a toddler. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, the lobby smelled amazing! I didn't feel that it was very family friendly though. We got looks like we were an inconvenience most of our stay.. We never received any type of housekeeping services in our 4 day stay. You have the option to opt in or out of the services but even opted in we didn't receive any. I had to go to the desk to request trash bags and towels and ask them to take our trash out. We were also charged $200 extra for our stay that wasn't on our receipt bill. Only thing I can think of is it paid for parking, but again it wasn't on our receipt.. We had a room on the 10th floor which was nice for the ocean views. Our balcony rails were made out of pvc pipes which didnt feel very safe but I'm assuming it was over metal or concrete. And the wifi was so-so from time to time. Those were really the only issues we had. The staff was helpful and quick to fill requests, the indoor pool was very nice, hot continental breakfast was great every morning, showers were always hot and all around a peaceful environment. I'd rate around a 7.5/10."
