I will be staying at the AMAZING HOTEL in VA Beach from now own. loved Room 126- Loved the ducks at my patio door. Staff was so kind and nice. Loved watching the guest fish. Board Walk across the street from property. Carnival right there as well. Love this place!

My husband and I stayed one night. The front desk attendant was very kind and moved us to a room with a beautiful view of the beautiful lake in the back. Awesome view and we get to see several ducks. The room was very clean, and it looked nice as well. We noticed that several families with children live at the hotel, so it can get a bit noisy, even late at night. The staff member helped us move our luggage twice when changing rooms. The entrance to the sea is less than two blocks away, and there are several great dining options within three blocks.

The stay was nice and the front desk was generous when I asked for extra toiletries. I really like the spot by the water but the room had not been swept (properly maybe) and the fridge could’ve used a wipe down. Good location though

The pool was clean and refreshing. Walkable to all the great dining and bar spots. Owners were friendly and helpful! Parking is tight, but manageable. Overall great spot to relax and lay your head for a few days.

For the price def worth it its not glamorous but is rennovated a short walk from the beach and onsite pool our check in wasnt until 4 and they made us a pay a small fee but we were able to enjoy the entire day def recommend it

The balcony fact away from the beach felt very private and quite compared to the hussle and bussle of the beach side. The pool area was very relaxing as well.

Great location and very nice owners. Clean rooms and clean pool, very short walk to the beach. I booked my rooms incorrectly and they were able to fix the issue for me with no issues. Great value for Virginia Beach. I will stay there again!

You get what you pay for, but this place felt like a bargain! It was nice and quiet, beautiful view from our room. The staff was very, very friendly. The only thing that I could say they could improve upon is maybe the cleanliness a little bit.

The location was good, just 3 min by walking. There is a Seven Eleven by the building. The view of the rooms was great since it is by the lake, very peaceful. The personnel were pretty helpful.

I loved how easy the commute was to the beach/boardwalk, got to leave my car in the lot with no problem at all. Was able to extended check out hours to 1 pm for $20. Very accommodating, Quick, and kind.
