"The staff was awesome. The hotel location was weird. It was connected to other hotels and looked more like an apt building rather than a hotel. The entrance or first floor, was a small room with stairs and an elevator that led to the 2nd floor or check in area. This should probably be mentioned in the description because it was a little creepy and the uber driver was just as confused as I was. Also, the name of the hotel is not on the first floor door. It was at the top of the building and...

"Greeted at the door with snacks and a drink. Friendly staff. Very nice size room for five in our family. Reception in the evening with beverages, nachos, and veggies. The breakfast options were way beyond the normal hotel foods. We will definitely stay here when we cruise out of Miami again."

"The room did not have any body wash in the shower. The container was totally empty. So the comment from the staff was “did you call the front desk” but when you’re already in the shower and wet, it’s a little hard to call the front desk for body wash. The advertisement was that there was a continental breakfast, but all that was offered was coffee. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy, and the pillows were very uncomfortable."
