"I loved my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Kendall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and greeted me every time I entered or exited the hotel. Both the hotel and the rooms were clean and well maintained, the breakfast was great, and the location was convenient to nearby restaurants and stores. It truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely stay here again in the future."

"Check in was quick and easy! Got upgraded to balance room and bottle of complimentary wine. They didn’t clean our room the first night and the second night clean it but only left one bath towel and no face towels. The phone in our room never worked to call the front desk. I had to message them through the app. Overall we had a great experience and will most likely return."

"Bed very comfortable and roomy for two people. Bathroom and facilities were excellent for a one night stay. Little details thought of with lighting, mobile phone charging and the alarm clock. Airport shuttle was easy to catch and track. WiFi required us to call the desk to ask for the password, which was easy to do. Would recommend when transiting through MIA. "
