"The only thing we didn't like was the paying for parking. Any establishments or event that makes you pay for parking?You have no choice. That should be put of your amenities for paying customers."

The service from all of the staff was outstanding. It was our anniversary, and our room was upgraded at check in. We especially appreciated Oscar in the Audubon Dining Room, who went the extra mile for us each night.We had to leave early the day we checked out, so the front desk arranged room service for our breakfast. The spa was so relaxing...
