"There is a very bad smell. I was in room 101 on the 1st floor and I had a headache at night."

"The beds are not very comfortable, the pillows are not very comfortable as well. For breakfast you have the choice of eggs, sausage, 3 types of cereal, some waffles and oatmeal. For the room you get a tub shower not a walk in, even though when you book the room it shows a walk in shower."

"When we checked in I realized I accidentally asked for a smoking room online. I politely asked for a non smoking and a room in certain part of the complex near where we had already parked our truck and trailer. The receptionist was rather rude and would not give us a non smoking room and assigned us a room as far away as possible from where I requested. Room smelled bad of stale smoke. Tub finish was worn off. Flooring in room had huge gaps between pieces. Very sad condition."

"Once again a great stay. The restaurant is a little slow when there is a convention going on as they seem to get overwhelmed but the food and staff were both excellent."

"Customer service was outstanding. Lady working the front desk very nice. Clean room, nice breakfast buffet."

"I did report shower valve was not correct. Hot was not hot and cold was not cold. we were only able to get a 1/4 of the hot water for showers, this bothered me. I did report following morning and then to maintenance in person. I set up for a clean friday and that was forgotten until I reminded front around 3pm when I came back. The clean was not thorough. Overall, considering the convention and occupancy the staff did their best. The breakfast staff, you can see took pride in their reposnsiblities. "
