"Recepção excelente, colaborador Pierre super atencioso, gentil e ajuda em tudo que pode. Quarto sem tomada no banheiro, tomadas em posições ruins, péssimo para secar o cabelo. "The hotel, amenities and breakfast are very good. What we did not like was that it is located right be the Dutra freeway. The window handle of our room was broken.
