"The hotel location is beautiful. The seafood restaurant and breakfast buffet were pretty good, the other restaurants were ok. The hotel is very large and it’s challenging to find your way around. Some conferences were also going on in the hotel, so it did not feel like a very personalized service. For such a high rate and 5 star rating we expected a lot more than what was provided as guests at the hotel. The selling point for us was really only the location."
