"Decent hotel with well served amenities. The hotel however lacks areas for those without children. We would have enjoyed our stay better if we hadn’t booked during school holidays as the pool area and breakfast service was chaotic and poorly managed."

"Not worth staying here - much better options around Zakopane. Rude staff No coffee machine supplied in room (despite having Nespresso coffee pods) which were in the room. Asked at reception and they advised they knew about it and aren’t replacing it and couldn’t source another one. Nespresso pods ..."
