"The staff was always friendly and engaging but the service wise at the bars and restaurants was slow. It takes ages before they will reach out and offer a drink or food menu. The hotel doesnt provide any tours and doesn’t collaborate with the travel agencies to offer such services. They dont have any entertainment either, it feels like you stay in the retirement community. 🙃 It is centrally located within the walking distance to the major institutions and downtown area."

"First off, staff are amazing. However, rooms are very dated and lack power points on one side of bed. Luckily we had an extension cord. Shower/toilet sliding door is VERY heavy and requires some admin to use Wifi is an extra. Really Hilton. Do better. Overall nice pools etc but needs to have an upgrade"

"Rooms are basic but clean, I really wanted my own space and a break from a dorm room. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is probably one of the cheaper options along the beach strip of other hotels. Laundry service was only $18 for a bag and same day return. I’m lactose intolerant and they don’t stock any alternative milk options but there is a supermarket at the end of the road and you can pick up supplies there. Staff arranged hotel transfers for me which was much appreciated and fairly priced as...

"My family and I only stayed one night, but we really enjoyed it. It has amazing views. The staff was warm and welcoming. It was low season so we felt that we had the place for ourselves. The room was really nice and comfortable."
