"My stay at Il Divino in Napoli was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything had such a welcoming atmosphere. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Valentina. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Valentina was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive — always ready with recommendations, directions, and anything we needed during our stay. Her warmth and hospitality genuinely made our trip to Napoli even more memorable. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in making their experience special. "Me decepcionei bastante com o hotel. Apesar das instalações serem novas, ele se localiza no primeiro andar de um.predio muito antigo. O elevador, das vezes que tentei pegar por causa das malas, nao funcionou. Apesar do hotel ficar proximo da estacao de trem, ele fica num cruzamento de duas grandes avenidas. Ou seja, dia e noite com barulho, sobretudo buzina. Por estar numa area central, a limpeza dos arredores deixa a desejar: muito lixo espalhado na calçada e um cheiro bastante desagradavel. A recepcao só funciona presencialmente das 10h as 14h. Depois disso, so pelo whats. O serviço de limpeza foi diário, mas a troca das toalhas era um sorteio: um dia trocavam as de banho, outro as de rosto, e no.ultimo dia nao trocaram. Falta gerenciamento e supervisão. Por fim o suposto cafe da manha foi uma decepção total: um conjunto de snacks, 02 croissants e capsulas de cafe deixados de vespera pela camareira. Se o cafe é do tipo "etage" isso deve ficar claro na reserva. Inclusive reclamei para o suporte do hotels.com mas nao tive retorno. "

"We stayed in a King bed with sofa bed room. We had 4 adults sharing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The King bed was comfortable and bed sheets were soft. The sofa bed was also comfortable. The mini bar fridge was a nice addition since it was well stocked with drinks & snacks, 1st round free! Only negative about this room was the open shower. It was awkward figuring out who’s showering without someone peeking in. "

"Beautiful hotel in downtown section of the city. Local area a bustling part of town with a wide cross-section of humanity. Very similar to lower east side of Manhattan. Front desk clerk Giovanni was excellent. Incredible full breakfast"
