"Lägenheten var bra, läget bra och en fantastisk balkong men incheckningen var en katastrof! Dom sa att någon skulle finnas på plats och möta oss. Till slut kom vi in i huset när annan person gick ut. Vi fick ringa på dörrar och till slut fick vi ett annat telnr att ringa. Då fick vi gå ner till kiosken och hämta en nyckel. Vi fick fel nyckel och fick ta resan till kiosken igen😫 "

"We have booked a specific apartment: 60m2, with balcony, but we got a smaller one. When it was mentioned, we were told that this is what we get and it is better than what we have booked (?). The cleanliness was also on an at least questionable level. Nevertheless, the host was communicatve and when asked, we were offered with free parking in the garage (otherwise 15 EUR/day), as a small compensation."

"Wrong address to begin with, poor communication and accessibility to garage and apartment itself. I would not recommend it!"

"The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, a few cockroaches appeared in the room, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully. After staying two nights, the staff kindly arranged a room change, and I was finally able to rest comfortably."

"Jst about a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. Safe parking in front of the building. Always nice to have a balcony too. The place is very comfortable and met my needs."
