"The security staff were friendly and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were patronizing and did not respond to simple requests in a timely manner. For example, it took 25 hours to have a towel and soap delivered to the room. The restaurant was also a source of disappointment. Menu items were consistently unavailable. The pool and gym were also in disrepair. Overall, both management and many staff did not seem to take pride in their work or the appearance of their property."
