Luxe in Burgandy

Wonderful service combined with an immaculate high-end room plus an included spa that features sauna, steam, and other options. Terrific location right at the north end of Burgundy. Will gladly stay there again.

Lovely!

A lovely stay and would definitely return. The room was very comfortable, especially the beds and bedding. We were very tired and enquired about room service which was arranged for us without fuss and the food was delicious. Very good bathroom and shower facilities and the jacuzzi was delightful! Staff were very polite and helpful throughout.

Pleasant stay at Burgandy

Amazing and attentive service. Clean rooms and good layout with a separate room for the toilet. Very friendly staff upfront and helped us with finding a train going back to Charles de Gaulle. Only complaint is that housekeeping came by around 4:30 pm bc our room was at the very end.

Great stay

Very good location for travel UK to final destination either France or Switzerland. We didn’t use the Spa will do one day. Dinner nice but not memorable. Trout and cream with horseradish was very pretty but had obviously been frozen and had that tasteless feel. Steak was very good nicely cooked and vegetables which you don’t often get in French restaurants.

Fantastic. Wonderful staff, super friendly. Book a family room and they’d thought of everything. There was a crib setup, (I didn’t ask) and towels and flip flops for each of us with the right sizes. For example kids flips flops for our daughter. The garden is fabulous, food delicious and very welcoming. Definitely going back on the way through

The room is clean and quiet. The amenities are good. The staff are also friendly.

Please give it a miss

Unfortunately we were staying for an over night stop over. Front of house would not provide food for our 2 yr old son. We had to apply pressure and after asking the 5th person who in this case happened to be a woman, she understood the need for a child to eat. We were told fully booked. After complaining several times and realising dinner was a buffet front of house offered us the leftovers. Myself and my wife were disgusted with the attitude towards the children. Would NEVER recommend this abomination of a so called hotel.
