The flat itself is fine - beds comfy enough and outdoor space is nice. The flat is darker (the window in the in the living room is small) and less spacious as it looks in the pictures. The location was not as stated on the map. The location I was given is Solaris Apartments in the centre of Kassiopi whereas the flat is actually located 5-10mins walk away on one of the main roads out of Kassiopi. This means that there is a lot of traffic noise from lorries and coaches hammering it down the road.
We had the ground floor flat - and the noise dampening in the floor of the flat above is not good enough so you can hear when people are walking around upstairs and it can feel like you're living inside a drum.
When the listing says there is a pool, this is not quite true. There is access to Solaris Apartments, which has a lovely pool/bar/restaurant setup but note that it is open to the public so everyone in Kassiopi has free access to the pool - it's not a particular selling point of this flat.
Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. We were a family of four so could have done with regular cleaning but in some cases we had to request a clean and in others the cleaners appeared to come of their own accord.
The moka espresso jug was missing a part and did not work properly - I mentioned the problem but no attempt was made to replace it. They provide a Nespresso machine so it's not the end of the world but it was annoying since I'd already bought the coffee for the espresso jug.
