"By far the worst hotel experience I ever had in life. Front door didn’t lock. Air conditioning didn’t work (in the summer!). Room wasn’t serviced properly and by day two we had swarms of ants in the room. For 3 days, we had no hot/warm water, only ice cold. Plumbing in toilet didn’t work properly.
