"Super hotel najlepszy podczas pobytu na colours of ostrava. Pyszne śniadania. "

"Absolutely amazing straff at reception desk."

"It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty ok as well. The only thing which surprised us somewhat negatively was the €8 parking fee per night (in a small town). "

"Personnel d'accueil professionnel, souriant et aimable. Chambre simple, fonctionnelle et avec mini-réfrigérateur. Salle de bain neuve. Petite bouteille d'eau offerte chaque jour (merci, c'est agréable). Réservation du spa (1 h 30) : c'est agréable (vestiaire et toilettes sont prévus dans l'espace privatisé pendant 1 h 30). Petit-déjeuner sucré/salé correct. Parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel et terrasse couverte. Un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais très bien desservi. Arrêt du tram à 5 minutes à...

"Pozitivní překvapení, 1-L prostorný pokoj, v předsíni lednice a všude dostatek el.zásuvek a úložného prostoru. Vše relativně nové, čisté a uklizené... Pochvala teamu..."
