"Staff is very helpful especially Balram the lobby manager. Food is not as great but bearable. Barista is in the hotel itself so that’s great. The location of hotel is perfect !!! All the staff is super proactive and always ready to help!!!! "

"Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit.
