"La chambre est suffisamment spacieuse. Un peu plus de prises électriques serait avantageux. Ma chambre donnait côté rue, donc côté voies ferrées, et la circulation automobile et ferroviaire est assez bruyante. L'hôtel ne propose pas le service du petit-déjeuner, et trouver un café ouvert pour prendre un petit-déjeuner s'est révélé impossible ce mercredi matin, ce qui m'a surpris pour un quartier aussi fréquenté qu'une gare avec zone piétonne."

"jammer dat het extra dekbed met plasvlekken was en gedroogde bloedsporen ander was het zeker een 9 geweest. Voor een 4 sterren hotel mag je minimaal verwachten dat je beddengoed schoon is. verder is alles prima, goed ontbijd en het zwembad is ook lekker om even te relaxen, de welnee is klein maar ook fijn"

"Das positive zuerst, die Lage des Hotels war wirklich sehr gut und man hat über das Hotel nur 6,-€ für das Parken vor Ort bezahlt. Das negative übersteigt aber leider, die Möbel fallen auseinander, das TV hatte keinen Empfang, die Fernbedienung war nicht vorhanden, der Halter der Duschbrause war defekt, das Waschbecken war gebrochen, aus dem Teppich kam ein Nagel, die WC Spülung lief permanent, der Fenstergriff war gebrochen und das Fenster mit Klebeband zugestellt, WLAN war ebenfalls...

"L’Accès direct à l’aéroport est un plus sans contestation. Repas du soir pris sur place et de qualité correcte. Le personnel tant au restaurant qu’à la réception a été professionnel et sympathique. Petit bémol sur la porte de la salle de bain qui mérite un coup de peinture en partie basse. Ça ne joue en rien sur lhebergement mais on se dit que ce n’est pas du niveau que l’hôtel compte conserver. Le prix du petit déjeuner est du même montant qu’un plat principal au restaurant le soir: peut être...

"The airport shuttles are not continuous. I had to take a cab to the hotel. Once at the hotel, I had to wait to check in, as the front desk is not manned continually. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I asked to have my room serviced, and the front desk started to push back and required me to insist that they service the room. The hotel appears to be structured for a single night's stay."

"I usually only stay here at the end of a business trip. It is super convenient to catch early flights from the BRU airport and they have a good shuttle service to the airport. My only complaint, and I don’t know when it started, but the last two times I’ve stayed, the restaurant was only serving an overpriced (€30+), sub-par, cafeteria style buffet for dinner. No other menu items."
