Non friendly staff, breakfast states 6-9, went at 8 and nothing was out. No staff insight. Room was hot, even left for a couple of hours and came back and was still hot. Didn’t cool down till almost 2am.

Great place to stay. Being across from campus is a big plus. Loved the fire pit area (great weather). Plenty of room and great beds. 100% will stay here again

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Waco Downtown - Baylor

Comfort Suites Waco North - Near University Area
They were having some plumbing problems, you could smell sewer on the 1st floor, especially in the common area (where breakfast & coffee were served) and in the bathroom.
