"The air conditioner did not work and they said they do not have none one to fix it. Both of the room has not bath supplies such as shampoo o shower gel. The buffet food was cold and i think is expensive for the quality. It was over price for the rooms."

"The air conditioning did not work properly, making the room uncomfortable. The staff were also quite rude during our stay. At check-in, we were told that breakfast was included with our room. I specifically asked the front desk to double-check, and the staff member confirmed that it was included. ..."
