Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast
10/10 Excellent
"This is an airport hotel with a reliable free shuttle to and from the airport. It had the added benefit of an outdoor pool with a nice fenced in deck only minutes from the airport. It served our purpose to get a good night’s rest prior to an early morning flight without having to worry about traffic tie-ups."
"Everything was great about the hotel very roomy big room thing was beautiful except the air conditioning did not work in our room very good. We called by three times for somebody to come fix it but still, he should’ve moved that to a bigger ocean view like the room we had with air-conditioning that worked! They only gave it $50 credit"
"We are currently staying at the Hilton Vacation Club The Modern Honolulu, and overall our experience has been wonderful. I must admit our check-in process was a little shaky at first; however, Bella handled the situation with exceptional grace and professionalism, which we truly appreciated.
During our stay, we also had the pleasure of meeting Mina at the concierge desk, and she has been absolutely outstanding. She has gone above and beyond in helping us with restaurant recommendations, transportation tips, excursions, and ideas for things to do with our family—especially during the recent storm when we needed extra guidance.
Beyond her knowledge and helpfulness, Mina’s warm personality and infectious smile made us feel genuinely welcomed. She truly helped make our stay better than we expected.
If you are visiting the hotel, be sure to stop by the concierge desk and ask for Mina for recommendations on excursions and things to do around the island. She is fantastic!

"It’s not as listed. We made a hotel change because our room had patio furnitures occupied due to the storm. I thought this was not arrangement for their guests. Good days or bad days, guest room should be used as furniture storage.
Guests are there for vacation. However, they did work along with Expedia for a full refund.
